Giver of Givers Foundation exists to give hope, change lives and build futures through structured youth development services that connect care and protection with education, skills and real opportunity pathways.

Strengthening education, skills, wellbeing, family resilience, protection from GBV, and access to professional counselling, voluntary spiritual support and opportunity pathways.

How accountability works

Governance is separate from day-to-day management.

Three voting office bearers provide independent fiduciary oversight. The Founder manages the programme in a non-voting, ex officio role and is accountable to the Board.

The Founder does not vote and does not participate in decisions about her own remuneration, contract, performance review or any matter in which she has a direct interest.

Named delivery capacity

An interdisciplinary team around each young person.

The available team combines programme management, governance and finance, community mobilisation, youth facilitation, psychology, social work, practical skills and digital learning.

Leads youth development, community mobilisation, GBV prevention, survivor-sensitive referral, sport and practical baking and agriculture inputs.

Relevant capacity: Facilitator, GBV Coordinator, Baking & Confectionery and Agriculture certificates; Community Policing Forum leadership experience.

Provides professional psychological counselling, therapeutic intervention, complex-case consultation, resilience programming and referral guidance.

Conducts psychosocial screening, case planning, family support, child and youth protection, GBV-sensitive case management, referrals and follow-up.

Delivers digital literacy and AI short courses covering responsible AI use, online safety, productivity tools and digital entrepreneurship.
